Hi. I am 25 years old male. I thought I had phimosis but my foreskin get all the way back when my penis is flaccid but when my penis is erect, I cannot seem to pull it back. It has a ring like it. I have seen many articles about phimosis, paraphimosis and surgical treatment and I am quite upset about it. I would like to get rid of the ring which troubles me when my penis get erect.
