My husband sperm count came nil with 15-20 pus cells. Is it curable? Can infection cause nil sperm count? After how many days the test shall be repeated?

Your husband's sperm count and infection. You may take the next test only after the infection is fully treated and some time is allowed there after.

Query received after 3 months. Sperm count is of semen exam. I don't think pus cells are part of that exam. Nil sperm is called azoospermia and for further investigations you should see andrologist or general surgeon.
