My wife has hypothyroidism tsh 28 and started thyronorm 50 since 2 weeks meanwhile she started her periods. Still now a small bleeding after 7 days. Doctor advised trapid650 for 3 days but no effect doctor advised again for 3 days. Still no change mild bleeding still. Please reply.

Hypothyroid with TSH 28 may require higher dosage and monitoring till it drops to around 4 . I don't think Hypothyroid state and extended periods are related . A Gynecologist will guide you.
