Through allergy test I got to know I have allergic to salmon. Does it mean I can not eat any of the fish or only salmon fish. I majorly eat pangasius fish. Can I continue to eat or should I need to stop all fish?

Salmon, tuna and halibut are the most common kinds of fish people are allergic to. There are some medicines available to treat both short term and long term allergies. Right and effective medication can be prescribed post discussing your issue in more detail. Thanks.
