Experiencing truncal acne and dandruff due to hyperactive sebaceous glands. Condition is chronic and taking doxycycline intermittently.Also using benzoyl peroxide and isotretinoin cream.But it's not helping.For scalp also I have used zinc pyrithione and ketokonazole combination. Still there is no significant improvement. Need help

Hi, Start using logidruff -S shampoo alternate day. Plz don't forget to wash your comb everyday. Change your pillow cover also daily. If you could send pics of the lesions I may be able to help you better
