I'm a 16 year old female and I have itchy skin and rashes all over my body. Today is the 4th day of my monthly menstruation, it's almost over. Maybe a month later I experienced itching too?itchiness in my palms and the soles of my feet. It gets worse at night and it lasted for 2 days/nights. My mom has something similar like this, she sometimes get itchy rashes in her arm and she puts a type of cream over it.
