I am 74 using partial dentures. Which have become loose. Can I use dentafix cream. If yes, any adverse effect and precautions.

Please don't go for any denture adhesives. Ideally you should go for new dentures. Denture have become loose due to resorption of bone with age so the denture material is deficient at its tissue surface for which getting new dentures can be a better solution for this problem.

Hey there, please go in for a new set of denture as the dentafix cream is not a perfect solution for loose dentures. The cream can react with the palatal mucosa after regular use and is harmful. Precautions are to apply cream only while chewing food and use the loose denture as less as possible. It will bring changes in bone as exerts more pressure and more bone loss so fabrication of new denture will be difficult.
