I?ve been taking low-ogestrel birth control for the past 18 years or so. My cramps were so debilitating that in september, my gynecologist and I decided to always take my bc and never take the placebo pills in the pack therefore never having a period and avoiding the cramps. I have gone 3 months with no period but now for the last week have had spotting (no pad/tampon necessary) and cramping. I was wondering if I should be concerned/if this should go away/possibly the dosage/concoction of this specific pack of pills had more progesterone/estrogen then the others? Any information would be helpful. Thank you.
