I am 24 year old female. I have recently discovered lumps in both of my breasts. For the past three to four weeks my breasts have been tender to the touch, I can?t really sleep on my sides or stomach (too much pressure on them hurts as well), some lumps have gotten closer to my armpit and when there is pain, it?s a very sharp pain (i hold my chest to help but it does?t). I?m unsure what to do now. Do I need to go see a doctor?
