I have these heartburns lately and i'm taking 2 omeprazole 20 mg every morning for 14 days now. I'm also avoiding spicy, greasy food, i'm not eating chocolate or anything. But today my chest was on fire, like my esophagus was burning and still badly. I took 4 rollaids and it's a little bit better. I don't know what's going on?

Hello, you need to eat food on proper timings. Small and frequent meal pattern is best. Also apple cider vinegar and mixture of saunf ajwain can be taken to ease the problem. But before prescribing dosage and timings, I need to know your eating routine and severity of medical condition. U can contact personally too for details.
