The most commonside effectsinclude nausea and a sensation of abdominal bloating. Less commonside effectsinclude vomiting, abnormal body movements, and insomnia. Rare but possibleside effectsof other cowhage preparations include headache, pounding heartbeat, confusion, agitation, hallucinations, and delusions.
