I am 36 Years old Male and my weight 106 kg and height 5.6" my problem is sleeping day night I am feeling sleeping in office time driving time meeting time immediately I will dark sleep for few minute.

Your problem is overweight.Your body is very big and require a lot of energy for normal functions like talking,walking,sitting,standing,moving and sso on.To perform these activitie body requires energy and our body gets energy from food and for your body requirement you have to eat more and while eating a lot of heat is produced by the process of metabolism .In other words you feel lethargy all the time due to 1.Excessive energy requirement by your body to carry on its functionss 2.Excessive heat produced to fulfill these nergy requirements. So the best way to ovrcome your probleem i by reducing your weight which i alarmingly high by about 30 Kg.
