I am a 19 year old male that has had random head pains for the last three to four years. The pain is never severe outside of the occasional twinge, and it never lasts very long. Oftentimes, I feel pressure in my head, usually on the top and around my temples but it can sometimes be centralized to specific points on my head. The same goes for the pain, which sometimes seems like it moves around to different points. On top of that, for the last couple of months I have noticed random twitches in my body, sometimes in both thighs, and other times in my neck, back of my head, or my arms. Additionally, i've been catching myself making word mistakes, for example in a conversation I said viagra instead of vicodin. At my last doctor's appointment a year ago, my gp suggested that I get my eyes checked, as one eye had poorer sight than the other. I've never had any kind of head trauma, and i'm truthfully worried that I may have a brain tumor. Do these symptoms seem consistent at all?
