Hi. I am 50 year old, was very fit and healthy woman. 7 years ago I suffered complications in digestion, then crohn's, meds side effects effected my muscles and I suffer from polymyositis. Please advice how to stay well through super foods and herbs I am already adjusted to new life style, eg, mediterranean diet, probiotics, probiotics, 2 liters of water per day.
