Keep continuing Gaviscon, other medications can have side effects on the baby as the drug get excreted in breast milk. take other measures such as frequent small meals, avoid too spicy or oily food, chocolates, coffee. Eat more of vegetables. After meals do not go to sleep before completion of two hours. Avoid any bed time snack.use an extra pillow while sleeping. If you take this measures I am sure your reflux problem will minimise.
