My son (16 + years) has developed a bump on his right frontal forehead area. It has been almost one year it remains there. He has no pain ,no complications as such. In 2011 he had undergone one operation as he was diagnosed hemangioma at that time. He was fully cured, but it has an recurrence almost at the same. He has no pain ,no complications now also. But it looks like same type bump. Cta suggests hemangioma / avm. Please suggest any medical treatment.

Treatment is either embolsation of the feeding vessel or surgical excision. Medical treatment does not work.
