Kindly stop that immediately. It's very bad for health. You can try following things- 1. Whenever you feel to eat- try to avoid and you cna have elaichi instead of that. 2- make sure if you feel anxious then avoid it by indulging yourself in other activities or eat something else like may be toffee or some chewing gum 3. U can try nicotex tab which may help you to get rid of nicotine withdrawal. But most importantly is you need a strong will power to control. Yourself. Friends may ask you to eat. Tell them that I have left. Stop immediately once and for all. If you say I will do it slowly then it won't be helpful. Take care.
