Initially her intraculur pressure was increased due to heavy steroids. But now every thing has been stabilized. All allopathic medicine have been stopped. Doctor says that now vision would not be improved. We are also not bothered about vision much and satisfied with 6/18 in r/e and 6/6 in l/e. However she is still have pains in her eye, which is not understandable to doctors. Kindly guide

It could be nothing serious. As long as she is on regular follow-ups and her Intaocular pressure is being monitored you should not worry. If there is a mild pain you can try some good lubricating eye drops (like Lubrex, Tear Drops, Add Tears) 3-4 times per day. If there is any associated redness then it is better that you consult your doctor.
