Dear doctor, i'm aged 62 years and maintaining good health but I have osteoarthritis for the past 5 years and its in the 4th stage now. Can I have the medication without going for surgery? I get little pain while moving say after one kilometer but I don't get any pain at night time s during my sleep. Please suggest me the best possible solution for which act of kindness, will be ever grateful to you.

good sir, so you don't have pain while sleeping but little bit while walking. so you should start Ayurveda medicines as early as possible for longer time as your age is more prone to osteoarthritis so we cannot cure it completely but with medication you will be fine enough to walk and live regular life. medicines are, (1)Tab. Nucart-OA (GUFIC) 1strip a day (2) Tab. shallaki-plus(GUFIC) 1tab two times a day. (3)Tab. Bonton-DQ(VASU) 1tab two times a day. give me feedback after 15days.
