I am 24. For last 2-3 years , i feel light pain in my knee. And it increases when i play cricket or when my knee gets even slight touch with hard things like wall or table. So what should i do?

Since the pain is for 2-3 years, definitely its need a proper examination for the best result. Few questions 1.Do you have pain in climbing the stairs , or low level sitting ? 2.Does the shape of the thigh is lesser than other side ? 3. Do you have flat foot ?

You can start doing your knee strengthening exercises and get your calcium/vitamin d levels checked. If it is less then you should get it adequately supplemented.
