Hello, I heard that hymen is thin membrane issue inside. How masturbation without inserting anything can affect it? Is it possible to see hymen at home?

Hello- it's basically impossible to see your hymen yourself, even if you're using a mirror and a flashlight. It's the same color as the inside of your vagina, so it blends in. It's also near impossible to feel it with your fingers. A non insertion; masturbation does not affects its integrity so no need to get worried.
