Still you have some years to increase your height. Do such exercises which put stretching effect on your long bones. Take high protein diet with calcium, vitamin d, multivitamins in consultation with doctors. Your second issue of obesity also needs to be addressed simultaneously. Take low carbohydrate and low fat diet. Exercise, swimming, yoga, aerobics and positivity of mind are helpful in reducing weight. Ayurvedic medicine are effective to reduce weight.
