I have trigger finger since last 6 months, now its aggravated. I use splint in the night. Looking for exercises and medicine for quick cure without operation.

1.Taking a break from repetitive activities for four to six weeks. 2.Wearing a brace or splint to restrict motion and rest the hand. 3.Applying heat or ice to reduce swelling. 4.Placing your hand in warm water several times throughout the day to relax the tendons and muscles. Exercises..Lay your hand out flat on a table or solid surface. Use your other hand to hold the affected finger. Slowly lift up the finger and keep the rest of your fingers flat. Lift and stretch the finger as high as it will go without straining. Hold it here for a few seconds and release it back down.
