I faced a problem like dysentery. When I eat beef I faced this problem. Metro-400 tablet was suggested by a pharmacy. Isn't the medical antibiotic? I do not take any antibiotic medicine without doctor suggestion.

Dear lybrate user, This is good because no one should take medicines without any doctor advise..... basically whenever you eat beef you suffered from dysentery so this means that your stomach and your digestive tract is not healthy. For purification you should do exercise and play out door games like football cricket and should take fibrous diet and light meal and avoid bicarbonated soda and take lots of water and for permanent cure you need a proper medication because Metro-400 is not for treatment for dysentery. So to get rid from gastric trouble i will advise you to take homoeopathic medicines and for further consultancy you may ask me online.
