Dear doctor my problem is itchy penis. It's really itchy inside the skin of the penis tip. The whole red tip is not that itchy. But the ring of glans and one inch down there are very itchy. The whole area is inside the foreskin. Some sticky things are found there everyday no matter how much I wash. I am a very clean person. I wash my penis with soap even the inside. Sometimes twice at a time.
