I am male 31 years old. My penis foreskin is not freely retracting when erect. The foreskin rolls behind the head and become stiff and not moving further freely. Hence I would like to know about circumcision surgery and it's cost. Whether scar's will be there or no scars after surgery. Is frenulum removal on surgery is advantage and advisable. How many days to take rest after surgery.

I think circumcision is not necessary for you but will confirm it after examination and till than can apply lidocaine ointment when penis is erect
