Hello I am suffering from autoimmune disorder i.e sjogren syndrome and hypothyroidism and taking eltroxin 100 mg medicine only. I was diagnosed with sjogren in 2013 by aiims rheumatology doctors. I was experiencing menorrhagia and low platelet count reached upto 35000. I was treated with hcqs+methotrexate+wysolone. With constant improvement in platelet count and menorrhagia. Treatment was completed and I was absolutely fine from 2014 till june 2019. From July again I started experiencing menorrhagia symptoms with platelet count 42000. It is fluctuating. Aiims rheumatology doctors prescribed steroids. I was thinking it was cured. But this condition again disturbing me. Kindly do let me know the treatment/cure. What can be done in the case of autoimmune disorders in allopath/Ayurveda/naturopathy?
