I have just finished a course of ciprofloxacin for a uti. My urine is clear, honey-coloured and does not smell. However, my urination process is: a small amount of initial urine which stops, followed by pain in my lower abdomen and penis. Following 20 or so deep breaths, the pains recede and urination resumes, initially a slow drip which develops into a weak stream. This goes on for some time and either stops or reduces back to a drip before stopping.
