I am 32 year old female and I usually suffer from more hair fall during monsoon but this time I am facing extreme hair fall which is really a matter of concern. Please help me.

Hi, Please make sure you dry your hair properly after head bath, wet hair tends to be brittle and it breaks easily. Make sure to do the same whenever you get drenched in rain. Hair requires mainly protein and iron apart from certain minerals. So focus on having dal, milk, eggs, dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, raisins, fruits like apples oranges, sweet lemon, jaggery, dates apart from these you can have green tea, soya and pumpkin seeds where there is thinning of hair shaft.
