Am 28 years old (male). Suffering hyperthyroidism. Recently I did an ecg and early regularization is found. Is it normal? Or risky? It also detected sinus rhythm. I am under medication for hyperthyroidism. Is there any cardiovascular risk?

Yes, it is normal. Early repolarization is a common finding in young, healthy individuals. It appears as mild st-segment elevation that can be diffuse; however, it is more prominent in the precordial leads. The ratio of the t wave amplitude to the st elevation should be > 4 if early repolarization is present. As you are in sinus rhythm there is no risk.
