My 5 year old son was suffering with vomiting two day back then I gave him emeset syrup now he does not vomit but he is not eating properly I think he has lost appetite can I give him emeset medicine again.

Hello, In rainy season most of time stomach can distrub due to water contamination so need to more aware about that. Add sesonal fruits and new healthy foods in diet for attract. and now if he is not feeling nausea and vomiting so don't give medicine.
