I have 2 questions, 1.i used to get periods every month 20th but last period was may and I did not get period in june. I met gynecologist for test she confirmed as pregnant. Now how many days (weeks) completed that I got this pregnant based on today? 2nd question is. Doctor suggested me to do not eat non veg and papaya. Etc also less travel. Could you please confirm can I do travel in bike or bus .will it be any impact to my pregnancy?

It will not be advisable to travel through bike or bus. It can induce abortion. Take usg abdomen to know the exact days or week.

Do not do vigorous exercise up to three months no cycling avoid bus travelling no papaya can take non veg like chicken and fish.
