Sir how do I overcome the problem of masturbation. Like now its not that I always need to masturbate. And also I do not feel always distracted. But I am concerned because I have been unsuccessful in completely leaving masturbation. Its been like 5 years that I have been masturbating and earlier the frequency waz quite high too but as of now it's not like that. So can you provide some tips for leaving it and has it affected my health till now, if so how to recover it and how to much time will I take to recover.
