Hi, My upper side wisdom tooth sharpness irritate my inner cheek from a week and there is a white patch on the cheek and tongue from 3 months. doctor says it may be oral lichen planus. in this case is it necessary to remove wisdom tooth and what is the best treatment for white patches inside the mouth.
