Hello, From last 2 months a little amount of blood is coming from my throat n now it pains a little if I am speaking for long time. N my taste is not good these days. Sometime it seems blockage in my neck n too much mucus is secreting. Especially in morning time the blood comes out. M worried what's happening. My rbc count is 2.20 mil/cmm, platelets- 139000, mcv is 111. 2fl, mch is 40.1 pg, my rbc r showing macrocytic, cytopenia and anisocytosis. Pls help what's going actually thank you.
