I am suffering from chronic venous insufficiency, now al taking clopidogrel with aspirin, is any other medicines available to treat it well?

Get a colour doppler scan done for the affected limb.
Please use compression stockings.

If you have cvi there are 3 modalities for therapy, compression stockings of grade iii are a must for a long duration to avoid any swelling, limb elevation and fluid restriction can be helpful, taking anti coagulants as prophylaxis is indicated, however using aspirin and clopidogrel for cvi is not effective, warfarin was earlier prescribed but with safe anti coagulants like xarelto 15 mg od no need for above medications. Third modality is surgery for which it is better to consult nearby vascular surgeon for future reference.
