From last few months, I have occasional pain in my foot, specially the heal portion. I am diabetic and my Hba1c is normal. What could be the reason and suggest to get rid of that?

Heel pain is mostly due to plantar fasciitis. Fascia covering heal may have swelling and that why heel pain occur. For treatment if too much pain please take some pain medication and use soft slipper and chappals. Inside the shoe use silicone gel insole. Don't walk bare feet inside as well as outside home.
