You have not specified whether the brown discharge is from urine or from vagina Black stools after taking cifran indicates a upper Gastro intestinal bleeding probably due to an ulcer in the stomach which has to be attended first. Do a USS abdomen and pelvis Do a complete haemogram including platelets and bleeding time and clotting time to know whether there is any bleeding tendency Why did you take.cifran was it for fever?? If so you will have to rule out Dengue type of fever also.
