Hi Sir, My 4 lower teeth which are in front, are painful and they cause problems, so I'm going to have fixed teeth getting them extracted. So I want to know all about fixed teeth and my questions are like how many types of artificial teeth are there available in different quantities, and which one is the best one that will last the longest. Furthermore, is there any side effect of the artificial teeth because I am going to have those teeth in my mouth for a very long time?

Usually ceramic are best and almost the same colour as the other teeth. Also they does not cause altered taste in mouth.
