My son is 18 years and has been diagnosed asd. I don't believe in this. He has no physical activity and doesn't even write or read a physical book. He is mostly fixed to his laptop. Though he is highly intelligent. He has been prescribed zosert 50 mg and meloset 3 mg for insomnia. Do you think that if his physical activity is improved to the point of exhaustion everyday, it could help in his sleep and asd symptoms. He doesn't eat, he is not generally socially active, he doesn't like to be with a group of people like in a dining hall. I am planning to take him for tiring walks and be more in connect with him and increase it gradually. Please advise if it will help.
