I have a small lump in vagina wall. May be an abscess. But there is no pain just a little stretching. Will it need to be operated. I have seen a lady doctor and she has given medicines. Doxycycline and PF. Will that treat?

If it is not an infection but a cyst it is unlikely to go away with antibiotics and will need surgical removal. I would advice you to complete the course of antibiotics and then see the doctor again
