Hi, I am 21 years old. I have this weird addiction towards naphthalene balls smell. This has now lead me to consume a little bit of the ball whenever I feel like smelling them. If I couldn't get any naphthalene balls when I get the urge to smell or eat them I say lame reasons to go and buy them. It's been 6 years since I've started to eat them. I do not know how to stop it. I am very scared if this is gonna lead me to serious health issues. Please do suggest some ways to help me forget it.

Naphthalene balls are insecticide... If someone breathes in enough of the vapor or eats naphthalene ball, they might develop hemolytic anemia which eventually can cause organ damage.
