I had cesarean 2 months back and breastfeeding. What is the best method avoid pregnancy? can i use contraceptive pills?

Condoms would be ideal. But if you are not comfortable with condoms, think of getting an intrauterine contraceptive device (Multiload) inserted. Regular OC Pills are not advisable. You may consider Progesterone only pills, but they have side effects like irregular vaginal bleeding.
