Hi, I advise you to do meditation for mental strength by doing slow and deep breathing relaxation exercises in the morning. Take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take lots of water and fluids. Avoid garlic and red chilly and non veg and eggs. Take more of proteins, less fats and very less carbohydrate ***Take Bacopa monn. 1x, 2 tabs twice daily with water.
