Cycling for 1 hour regularly decreases testosterone levels in the body as many websites show up that cycling for long time could decrease testosterone in body. Please clear my doubt as I have started cycling. Please help me.

Hello- Yes it does. While cycling at high intensities and volumes may increase testosterone levels, too much can be a bad thing. During a ride, the body mostly breaks down proteins through the release of other hormones, such as cortisol. After exercise, testosterone then helps the recovery process.
