My dog is 15 years old. 3 years ago his tail was surgically removed. He was ok for 2.5 years but now is finding difficult to stand up. Walk is unsteady. Rear legs no strength. Eats very little. Please advise any food, or homeopathic medicine for him.

15 years of age in dogs can be stated as sanility. I think there is no relation of amputation of tail and present status of health. It should be provided with some anti oxidants and nervine tonics which can improve the condition.
