My son is 10 year old and addicted to phone. he plays or watch funny videos for 2-3 hours regularly. 2-3 days back I took serious decision and barred him form using phone next day in the assembly he fall unconscious and since that day not well .and feeling dizziness .and do ask whether he will not be allowed to use mobile at all. Now it seems to me he is addicted n depressed how to deal.

No, don?t allow phone. Try to distract him. Play with him. Go to park. Encourage him to play outside with friends. Spend time with him. Encourage him to read. Buy good story books with colourful pick. Kids get attracted. Encourage him to draw n color. Start some hobby classes. Don?t give up. N don?t give mobile to him. Be strict in this issue
