My penis inner foreskin is extremely red from few months & smegma production is extremely high, almost every alternate day white smegma is formed which smell strength. Due to which I was worried that it may be due to infection or due to balanitis. Does it's a serious concern or it will be gone on their own. Please suggest with proper.
