My friend have vitiligo decease. She has white patches in their body. She is taken medicine from 10 year but still not solved. She is going to marry. But afraid about this decease should not transfer to their child. So I need to know is it transferable to next generation I mean will it transferred to their child after marriage? Please suggest me ,she is very afraid about that.

Hello. Vitiligo occurs due to loss of pigments from skin. Generally it is autoimmune condition and is genetically transmitted. But its not necessary that always it will appear in next generation.
