At this age you require a lot of calcium and Vitamin -D and this comes through MILK,FISH OIL Capsules and SUNLIGHT.So as winters areapproaching daily morning sunbath is a must for 30 minutes along with 2 glass milk and an Egg daily. This will make your back strong and you will not feel tired while walking long distances.
